ePass Renewal Scholarship Application Form 2013-2014ePass Scholarship Submission for Renewals 2013-2014 will going to start from July 23rd continues for a month and ends on 25th September, 2013. The ePass online registration for the renewal of Post-matric scholarships for the academic year 2013-14 would commence from 23-07-2012. In this academic year the annual income limit of SC & ST candidates increased from Rs.1 lakh to Rs.2.5 lakh. Payment dues of Fee reimbursement will be cleared before August 15,2013 during the year 2012-2013.

Students who had applied for ePass Postmatric scholarships in 2012 and disqualified for fee-reimbursement if they do not submit relevant certificates by 15th August. In 2012, more than 2.4 lakh students applied for ePass postmatric scholarships and the officials are expected this number increases during the year 2013-14. Among the 2.4 lakh students who applied for the scheme, 90,000 were intermediate students, 12,000 were engineering and other professional courses students, 50,000 degree and about 30,000 post-graduate students. Candidates who are not submitted their caste and income certificates as proof, they are not eligible to get the scholarship.

All the Students who are seeking to apply for ePass Scholarship 2013 - 2014 other than Minorities have to visit the website http://epass.cgg.gov.in. In case of Minorities, students have to fill the applications through APSMFC website. In order to complete the submission of Application, respective candidate have to scan & upload the documents listed below

• This year Notary is not Required. Submit Income Affidavit in Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10 for ePass Scholarship [Duly signed by Student and Parent]
• Submit the Marks memo of Qualified Examination [Final Exam Marks list]
• Confirm the Bank Account of Particular Student
• Should require a Mobile Number which is Valid [To get SMS]
• Ration Card Number
• If Available - Aadhaar Card Number

Process for ePass Renewal Application
The Certificates that are mentioned below are mandatory and the same have to submit along with the printed ePass Online application form to academic office of the college. Have a look at them.

• Hall Ticket Number of Secondary School Certificate
• Intermediate Hall Ticket Number
• Common Entrance Test Admit Card Number
• Caste Certificate of the Individual [Upload]
• Current Year Income Certificate [Upload]
• Passport Sized Photograph [Upload]
• Fill Renewal Application at http://epass.cgg.gov.in/

Along with the necessary documents, it is mandatory to have Savings account in the name of Candidate. If he/she doesn’t have Bank Account [under 18 years], take the joint account and upload the first page of Bank Passbook along with IFSC Code [Ask Bank Manager] with CET Allotment Order.

Reprint ePass Renewal Application 2013 / Acknowledgement
If you failed to take the printout after filling the Application, there is a service to take ePass Application Printout by giving some details about the candidate. The following details are necessary to take the hardcopy of Renewal Scholarship Application Form.

2. Select the appropriate data as Renewal, Academic Year, SSC Examination Number, Year of Pass: (YYYY), SSC Pass Type, Date of Birth.
3. Now Hit “Get Details” button and take the Printout
